Attestat

1.  Filled in application form for academic recognition of foreign qualification;

2.      Apostilled original attestat (Аттeстат жалпы орта білім туралы);

3.     Apostilled original appendix to attestat (Жалпы орта білім туралы аттeстатка косымша)

4.      Original Unified National Testing Results Certificate (Сертификат);

5.      Passport (original or certified true copy);

6.      Birth certificate (original or certified true copy, if available)

7.      Proof of name change (original or certified true copy; if applicable);

8.     Other documents; the Centre has the right to ask for additional documents or information; the Centre also welcomes submission of any documents and/or information related to your studies that you may find to be relevant.
