Centre for Quality Assessment Higher Education that has a function of ENIC is a State budget institution, organising the assessment of scientific and pedagogical activity of research and higher education institutions and giving information about the recognition of higher education.

The Ministry of Education and Science or authorised institutions and institutions of higher education purse a process of evaluation and recognition.
