Šiauliai University is undergoing a second institutional review organised by SKVC on 21-25 March, 2016. The international expert team consists of six members:
- Prof. Andreas Knorr (team leader), professor at German University of Public;
- Administration sciences Speyer (Germany);
- Dr. Helene Kamensky (review secretary), higher education consultant (Austria);
- Tiuu Paas, profesor at Economics and public administration faculty, University of Tartu (Estonia);
- Kari Jouko Raiha, professor at Tampere University (Finland);
- Stasys Švagždys, director at company „Sumanūs sprendimai“ (Lithuania);
- Meda Andrijauskienė, doctoral student and Kaunas University of Technologies (Lithuania).
This repeated evaluation follows the first review of the institution conducted in 2012 when the evaluation area of Strategic Management was evaluated negatively. The evaluation report of previous review can be found here: evaluation report.
