Visit by ENQA-coordinated panel is conducted to SKVC

2022-02-11

On 22-24 February 2022, a remote visit by ENQA-coordinated panel is conducted to SKVC.
This takes place in terms of the regular external review of SKVC as external quality assurance agency in Lithuania, with the aim to confirm SKVC‘s continued compliance to the Standards and Guidelines for Quality Assurance in the European Higher Education Area (ESG). The aim of SKVC‘s review is to re-confirm its status as a trustworthy quality assurance agency, registered on EQAR and full member of ENQA

ENQA panel includes three members as follows:
Dr. Oliver Vettori, Academic in quality assurance field, Dean Accreditation and Quality Management, Vienna University of Economics and Business, Austria (Chair, academic (EUA nominee)),
Ms. Asnate Kažoka, Project Expert, Academic Information Centre, Latvia (Secretary, quality assurance professional (ENQA nominee)),
Ms. Alexandra-Simona Zamfir, PhD student in medicine, “Grigore T. Popa” University of Medicine and Pharmacy Iasi, Romania (panel member, ESU nominee, member of the European Students’ Union Quality Assurance Student Experts Pool).

As this is a third review of SKVC and the agency has already demonstrated maturity and substantial compliance to expectations of the ESG, this review is simplified, performed by a newly developed, so called targeted review methodoly. You can learn more about the targeted ENQA reviews here.

The most recent SKVC‘s self-assessment report (2021) and other documentation is accessible here.
