On January 2015 Vilnius was visited by the expert team, that ran an external review of the Centre for Quality Assessment in Higher Education (SKVC) as Lithuanian ENIC-NARIC representative.
Šiauliai University is undergoing a second institutional review organised by SKVC on 21-25 March, 2016. The international expert team consists of six members. This repeated evaluation follows the first review of the institution conducted in 2012 when the evaluation area of Strategic Management was evaluated negatively.
In 2015 the first external reviews of all higher education institutions based in Lithuania was completed. The Centre for Quality Assessment in Higher Education analyzed the results of these reviews.
The Centre for Quality Assessment in Higher Education (hereinafter – SKVC) has prepared 53 study fields’ descriptors during the period of 2012-2015.
On January, 2016 Centre for Quality Assessment in Higher Education (SKVC) and Lithuanian National Union of Students (LSS) signed an agreement regarding cooperation.
It was brought to our attention, that the Centre for Quality Assessment in Higher Education (SKVC) is included in the world ranking of universities at the Webometrics site under the Lithuania list.
